Underneath
all the disorder
is a control - basic irrefutable. That is what gets into my
painting.
For
instance, if I were painting a sketch of next
door which is a messy pile of rubble, old tires, concrete, barrels,
etc.,
there would be control lines which would pervade into the sketch.
